11:30-Soca Attack and Mad Spin 1hour.    12:30-Tai Chi 1hour.

 

Club Three Kilburn

14:30-Circuit Mania 1hour 30mins.    16:00-Assisted Stretches 30mins.

 

Club Four Acton

17:30-Club Circuit (20-20-20) Includes Spinning, Boxing and Body Blitz 1hour.      

18:30-Tai Chi 1hour.

Refreshments will be sold on the day.

 

Finish with a little musical get together and Dance

About

Wake UP and Breathe has been put together for people like You and Me who are concerned about their health.
However for some reason or another they don't always make it to the gym or exercise class.
Or lIke me they have been seriously injured or had other health problems like high blood pressure.
So I put together Wake Up and Breathe for just those reasons so everybody can do something in just 5 minutes a day.
I'm also keen to find out how we can all improve our nutrition and keeping it fun
